Shipping Policy
After you place an order on our site and your package has been fulfilled, you will receive an email confirmation to inform you that your item(s) have been shipped. We will also provide you with a shipping tracking number from the shipping provider so you can follow your shipment until it arrives. Please understand that estimated delivery dates are close, but not exact and depending on the carrier dates and times may vary. UPS tracking is also available by entering your tracking number on the UPS website. USPS tracking can be found on the USPS website.
Shipping Options
We ship our packages either by UPS, USPS or by Freight (usually over 120 lbs.). You have the option to choose to have your item sent standard or expedited delivery. Expedited shipping is paid by the customer and charges vary depending on which option is chosen. If we offer a free ground shipping special, it is only applicable to orders within the continental United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico and it is not applicable on items shipped on a pallet via LTL freight. We do not ship packages on Saturday or Sundays.
UPS Shipping Options
UPS Ground - Delivery based on distance to destinations. Typically, one to five days depending on the distance from shipping warehouse.
UPS Next Day Air Early - For commercial orders ONLY, delivery as early as 8:00 a.m. the next business day.
UPS Next Day Air - Delivery typically by 10:30 a.m. the next business day.
UPS Next Day Air Saver - Delivery typically by 3:00 p.m. the next business day.
UPS 2nd Day Air A.M. - Delivery typically by 10:30 a.m. in two business days.
UPS 2nd Day Air - Delivery typically by end of day in two business days.
UPS 3 Day Select - Delivery by end of day in three business days.
UPS Saturday Delivery - This is not considered a standard next day or second day delivery as UPS has an additional charge to deliver on a Saturday. If your order requires a Saturday delivery, please contact us so we can arrange this for you. All shipments not marked for special Saturday delivery with arrive on the next business day or 2nd business day depending on which delivery is selected as per UPS's schedule.
Please note that UPS and FedEx do not ship to PO boxes. If your package is being shipped by these carriers, please enter a street address, city, state, and zip code upon order placement.
Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico
We offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico on most items weighing 50 pounds or less. Due to carrier restrictions, some items cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
The shipping rate to these locations will vary based on the destination, weight and dimensions of the package(s), and shipping method.
Our standard free shipping discounts or discounted shipping rates do not apply when items ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. Additionally, the UPS or USPS rate posted on the website, may differ as well. We will contact you by email or telephone should there be a rate variance.
Expedited Orders
Orders requiring expedited shipping that we have in our inventory stock and are placed before 1:00 p.m. EST will be shipped the same day. If the order is placed after 1:00 p.m., it will ship the next business day. Expedited orders placed on Friday after 12:00 pm, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped out on the next business day. Shipping on expedited orders is paid by the customer.
Freight Orders
Orders weighing over 100 lbs., fragile items ordered, and various other orders may be shipped on a pallet by a LTL freight truck. We use several different intercontinental trucking companies that will get your order to you safely. Typically, a freight delivery is delivered to you curbside, unless indicated on your order. Please note that should you require an additional service to remove your items from the truck, you may require a lift gate service. A lift gate is a device on the back of a vehicle that operates by mechanically raising during loading and unloading of goods. Not all trucks have a lift gate, so please let us know as this is an additional charge for service.
It is the customers' responsibility to enter the correct mailing address when an order is placed. If the delivery service cannot locate the shipping destination entered, any shipping costs incurred by us for returning the package will be the customers responsibility. Additionally, should the customer wish to have the package reshipped to a valid address location, that fee too is the customers' responsibility.
Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from when they are placed. We will notify you should an order ship later than expected.
Free Shipping
From time to time, we may offer free shipping on our website for certain orders. Although we do everything, we can to keep the cost of shipping as low as we can, we may not be able to offer this discount on some orders. Heavy orders over 100 lbs., fragile items ordered, items we deem as possibly breakable and various other orders that must be shipped by LTL freight truck may not be eligible for the discount. Additionally, items oversized, heavy or requiring multiple boxes may have a shipping surcharge. We will contact you either by email or telephone if there is a shipping charge with your order.
International Orders
Please contact us to find out if we ship to your country. If we do ship an order, we charge the shipping amount to your destination or border if applicable. We are not responsible, nor do we pay for any country brokerage fees, customs taxes or any other miscellaneous or import charges. Please check your country importing procedures prior to ordering.
